Kristina Zanic shares interior design vision for The Unexpected Marjan Island Hotel and Residences in Ras Al Khaimah

Kristina Zanic Consultants has revealed its design vision for the interiors of The Unexpected, Marjan Island Hotel and Residences in Ras Al Khaimah, following the recent commencement of the project’s construction. The project is expected to be complete by 2027.

The guest rooms and residences design will create an immersive experience through movement, fusing colour, and music. With over 422 hotel rooms and residential units, the project is strategically placed beside the upcoming Wynn Island, making it a premium destination for party-goers and those seeking a vibrant, high-energy experience. 

The hotel’s design is influenced by Cymatics- the visual representation of sound waves. This theme ties in with the brands connection to music and entertainment. This concept reflects in the designs spaces, they embody energy, movement and transformation. The interiors also take inspiration from the beach and spectacular sunsets on the island.
