Kristina Zanic transforms IHG Hotels and Resorts’ Dubai office with contemporary uplift

The Dubai office for IHG Hotels & Resorts has undergone a contemporary transformation, revealing a more open and adaptable new layout.  The new design, crafted by interior design firm Kristina Zanic Consultants, has redefined the workplace, fostering collaboration and enhancing employee wellbeing. The revamped space removes barriers, eliminates cubicles, and infuses warm tones and ample natural light, creating a harmonious flow within.

Located in a commercial tower within the Dubai Festival City waterfront development, the office accommodates close to 110 team members within its 1,200 square metres. The office space effectively balances personal, collaborative, and social zones with purposeful use of space.

Having previously collaborated with IHG on various hospitality design projects, Kristina Zanic’s design team brought a deep understanding of the company’s corporate ethos and team dynamics. Zanic explains, “Our goal was to create an inspiring and uplifting environment for both employees and visitors – a fresh space with a relaxed atmosphere that enhances productivity and collaboration.”
